SuomenWebhotelli.com has been rebranded as Snetti. Our services and customer portal are now provided under snetti.fi and snetti.eu by Web2Fix Oy.

Services are now prepaid

Snetti no longer provides post-paid service activation based only on an invoice or a future due date. New orders, upgrades and renewals are prepaid: the required payment must be successfully received before a service is activated, extended or renewed.

An invoice due date is the final payment deadline; it is not a promise of post-paid credit or activation before payment. To avoid interruption, please pay renewal invoices early enough for the payment to be confirmed before the service or domain expires. Domain registrations and renewals cannot normally be reversed after they have been submitted to the registry.

Automatic recurring payment options

  • Recurring card payment through Stripe: an eligible debit or credit card can be stored securely and charged for future WHMCS renewal invoices. Card availability, authentication and approval are determined by the card issuer and Stripe.
  • Stripe Link: Link provides faster checkout with saved payment details. When offered for an eligible card transaction, it can be used with recurring card billing. Link is not a loan or monthly-financing product.
  • PayPal: customers may approve a PayPal recurring payment agreement where the service and PayPal account are eligible. The agreement must remain active and funded for future invoices to be collected.

Manual and pay-per-invoice options

You can also open an unpaid invoice in the Snetti client area and choose one of the payment methods shown for that invoice:

  • Manual bank-to-bank transfer using the bank details and invoice reference shown on the invoice. Activation or renewal waits until the payment has cleared and has been matched to the invoice.
  • Card, including supported debit and credit cards such as Visa and Mastercard where available.
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay on eligible devices, browsers, cards, countries and currencies.
  • MobilePay.
  • Klarna: available Klarna choices may include Pay now, Pay in 30 days, or monthly/installment financing. Klarna decides which option is offered and approves each customer; monthly payments are not guaranteed for every invoice.
  • Revolut Pay.
  • Alipay.
  • Pay by Bank. In Finland the checkout may offer OP, Nordea, Danske Bank, Säästöpankki, S-Pankki, Aktia, Oma Säästöpankki (OmaSp), Revolut, Ålandsbanken and POP Pankki. In Ireland it may offer Revolut, AIB, Bank of Ireland and PTSB.
  • MB WAY.
  • Satispay.
  • PayPal for a manual invoice payment when available.

Availability notice: the payment page displays only methods supported for the invoice amount, currency, billing country, device and customer eligibility. A method visible to one customer may not be offered to another. One-time methods do not automatically create a recurring agreement.

Avoid expiry and manage cancellations

To prevent domain or service expiry and avoid interruption, you are responsible for ensuring that every service is paid before its expiry date. If you rely on automatic renewal, the recurring card or PayPal agreement must remain enabled, authorized and allowed by the payment provider, with a valid funding source. If recurring collection is unavailable, disabled, cancelled or unsuccessful, you must pay the renewal invoice manually early enough for the payment to be confirmed before expiry.

You can request cancellation of a service or subscription through Snetti whenever you decide to stop it. You may also cancel the related recurring payment agreement directly with PayPal, Stripe or another payment provider. However, cancelling only the payment agreement stops future automatic payment and does not necessarily submit a service-cancellation request to Snetti. To make sure the service itself is cancelled, also submit the cancellation through the Snetti client area or contact Snetti support.

Refund policy: the existing refund policy remains effective. Non-refundable services—including completed domain registrations, transfers and renewals—remain non-refundable after they have been submitted or completed. Cancelling a service or recurring payment agreement does not reverse an already completed non-refundable transaction.

What customers need to do

  1. Sign in through snetti.fi or snetti.eu and open Billing → My Invoices.
  2. Open the unpaid invoice and select an available payment method.
  3. Complete any bank, card, PayPal, Klarna or wallet authentication requested by the payment provider.
  4. Return to the invoice and confirm that its status is Paid. A pending, cancelled or failed checkout does not activate or renew the service.
  5. Keep your billing email, payment method and domain contact details current, and pay well before expiry when using a manual transfer.

If a payment has been charged but the invoice remains unpaid, please contact Snetti support and include the invoice number, payment time and provider reference. Never send card numbers, online-banking credentials or passwords in a support ticket.
