Understand due dates, renewals and service suspension Print

  • 0

Hosting and domains have separate renewal rules. Review every invoice before its due date.

Steps

  1. Open the invoice and identify each service and billing period.
  2. Pay before the due date and allow bank transfers enough processing time.
  3. Check email and client-area notices if payment fails; update an expired payment method.
  4. If a service is suspended, pay the valid overdue invoice and wait for automated reactivation before contacting support.
  5. After payment, test the website, email and domain status separately.

Verify the result

Invoice Paid does not automatically prove every service is healthy; verify service status and expiry dates.

Important: A domain may expire on a registry schedule even when hosting remains active.
