Steps
- Open the invoice and identify each service and billing period.
- Pay before the due date and allow bank transfers enough processing time.
- Check email and client-area notices if payment fails; update an expired payment method.
- If a service is suspended, pay the valid overdue invoice and wait for automated reactivation before contacting support.
- After payment, test the website, email and domain status separately.
Verify the result
Invoice Paid does not automatically prove every service is healthy; verify service status and expiry dates.
Important: A domain may expire on a registry schedule even when hosting remains active.
