Set up cPanel email in Gmail on Android Print

  • 0

In Gmail tap the profile picture → Add another account → Other, enter the full address and select Personal (IMAP). Use the exact secure settings shown by cPanel; do not guess the server name.

Steps

  1. Open cPanel → Email Accounts → Connect Devices and copy username, incoming server, outgoing server and ports.
  2. Use the full email address as username, the mailbox password, IMAP with SSL/TLS on port 993, and authenticated SMTP with SSL/TLS 465 or STARTTLS 587 exactly as cPanel shows.
  3. Save, then send a message to an external address and reply to it.
  4. If validation fails, retype the password and hostname and never accept an invalid certificate.

Verify the result

Both sending and receiving must work without a certificate warning.

Important: Never email a mailbox password or disable TLS to make setup succeed.
